Computational Molecular Biology Group

About Us

The Computational Molecular Biology group at Chulalongkorn University (CMB@CU) combines understanding of high-throughput technology and molecular biology with machine learning techniques to tackle complex problems in biomedical research. Our work focuses on data analysis, visualization, and interpretation but we also collaborate closely with experimental laboratories at Chulalongkorn University, including the Center of Excellence in Systems Biology and the Stem Cell & Cell Therapy Research Center, to generate new, high-quality datasets. Our group is also associated with the Chula Intelligent and Complex Systems, the Chulalongkorn Cognitive Clinical and Computational Neuroscience, and the newly founded Chulalongkorn University Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (CU-AIM).

Announcement

We are accepting motivated students with medical, engineering, mathematics, or biology background who are interested in applying computational techniques to their experimental research or learning about the field of computational biology. Please see the Opportunity and Research pages for more details. We also welcome prospective collaborators.
